A new security problem
If you take computer
security with regard, you may want to epoxy the
firewire connections on your windows boxes
closed. Apparently, there is a nice little
hack available running linux on another computer
computer and hooking up to a windows box, yes
your password can easily be bypassed, Apparently
it has been shown to work on Apple boxes too, so
it looks as if it is a memory access problem
with firewire's code.
